Senior software developer for Microsoft Dynamics AX

New position for a brand-new campus based in Atlanta for a Senior Developer responsible for development of new Retail, Hospitality and Fuel software products in Microsoft Dynamics 365, engaging in Scrum software development processes and best practices.


Work with a cross-functional remote team based in US and Europe; is open to constructive feedback and diverse perspectives. Additionally, Senior Developer should be able to articulate effectively his/her opinion, needs and ideas in an open team culture.


Main assignments:

  • Actively participate in open and honest team discussions as part of Scrum process.
  • Working with product owner in committing to deliver product backlog items.
  • Working with Dynamics 365 architect to understand backlog items.
  • Working with development team to understand work involved to deliver backlog items and taking initiatives by being proactive with activities during sprints.
  • Responsible for writing appropriate tests for backlog deliverables.
  • Documentation of work tasks such as program code, technical specification, quick guides and test cases as needed.



  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Computer Engineering with 10+ years' experience in software design and development.
  • 2+ years of experience or familiarity with SCRUM software process.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Life Cycle Services, Dynamics 365 or AX 2012 R3/R2.
  • 2+ years of experience in Retail, Hospitality and Fuel industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in AX 2012 or D365 back-office development.
  • 3+ years of experience in D365 testing frameworks.
  • 2+ years of experience or familiarity in D365 channel development.
  • Familiarity or experience with IIS, SSL, ASP.NET, C#, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, WinRT, .NET PCL, OData, Web API, WCF Services, JSON, MVC, MVP, MVVM design patterns, Entity Framework, TFS, Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Visual Studio.
  • Ability to learn new skills sets and work with new technologies.
  • Ability to propose and apply creative approaches to feature and functionality implementation.
  • Knowledgeable in development principles of concepts involving software design patterns.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively across different time zones and all levels of management and customers; sound judgement and sensitivity to diverse constituencies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, and ability to report with sufficient accuracy of activities performed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
